Location

Everything nearby

Green living surroundings, but not remote.
It is to be an open, quiet, verdant area, surrounded by woodland and countryside, bathed by the river Dyle. Major roads and main rail lines are, however, not far away.

Wavre and Brussels are close at hand, as are Gembloux and Louvain-La-Neuve.
A 10 minute cycle or 5 minute drive from Ottignies station, the largest railway hub in Wallonia with suburban trains to Brussels.
Direct connection to the N25, E411 and N4.

Living in Court-St-Etienne

An expanding district, Court-Saint-Etienne wanted to make the Henricot 2 site and its Parc à Mitrailles a new opportunity for a timeless, sustainable, friendly, inter-generational development scheme. Which was all that was needed to drive the creativity of our multi-disciplinary team and give it the chance to present the development to you, to fit harmoniously with your new life. This is a continuation of the successful Henricot 1 scheme, built 10 years ago.

The immediate environment

It is to be an open, quiet, verdant area, surrounded by woodland and countryside, bathed by the river Dyle.
There is no shortage of shops, small businesses and schools. And the new Court-Village complex will be the beating heart of this ambitious new district.
Close to the Bois des Rêves, a very pleasant local wood.
* Equilis plans to build the first eco-district in Walloon Brabant meeting the new (2014) standard developed by the regional government.
